2. Pick your favorite color.

We have many options, like red, pink, brown, and more!

If you would like two or more colors, you can select one color first, then write down all the colors you want in the Product- Note section. For example, if you want red, yellow, and white, just choose the red option and write in the note that you would like red, yellow, and white.

If any color works for you, simply pick the Random color option!

3. Packing video (optional）
If you want a packing video upload to our Tiktok account, please add packing video option( each one is +20 USD). If you want it upload to our ins, please leave note too. 

If you have a favorite style, like Lulu, CC, or Co, please write that in the note as well.

We will do our very best to fulfill any requests left in the note. However, please remember that these are Surprise Balls — items are assigned randomly, so we cannot guarantee specific item requests. If your note has quite a lot of requests, it may take us a little longer to get your order ready, so thank you for your patience!

After you placed order, it takes few days to prepare, thank you for being patient with us!

Once the package is shipped, no exchange.
