Every single package is carefully chosen and packed with love, and we really hope you will love what you receive!
**How to place your order:
- Choose how many balls you would like.
We offer 1 bag ball; 2 bag balls; 3 bag balls; 4 bag balls and 5 bag balls.
The more you got, the better deal it is.
Each bag ball comes with 1 freebie accessory.
Freebie accessories includes bag charms, notebooks, and other lovely little things! - Pick your favorite color.
We have many options, like red, pink, brown, and more! If you would like two or more colors, you can select one color first, then write down all the colors you want in the Note section.
For example, if you want red, yellow, and white, just choose the red option and write in the note that you would like red, yellow, and white. If any color works for you, simply pick the Random color option! - Add a packing video (optional).
Once you have decided on the number of balls and your colors, if you would like us to record the fun and extend the experience, you can add one packing video for 20 USD. The packing video will be posted on our social media — it goes on TikTok by default, but if you would prefer us to post it on Instagram, just let us know in the note! If you want us to tag you in the video, please also put your TikTok or Instagram username in the Note section.
If you have a favorite style, like Lulu, CC, or Co, please write that in the note as well. We will do our very best to fulfill any requests left in the note. However, please remember that these are Surprise Balls — items are assigned randomly, so we cannot guarantee specific item requests. If your note has quite a lot of requests, it may take us a little longer to get your order ready, so thank you for your patience!

How much does shipping cost and how long to receive package?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.The shipping time is also based on your location. What is order preparation time and how long will it take to process my order?
Each package is carefully selected by our team and we take great care. For any order without packing video, the process time is 4-7 days; and for order with packing video is around 7-10 days.
Why my package is not moving after it is shipped?
Please rest assured, this is normal for international shipments.Since your order is shipped from China, the tracking number is linked to your local carrier. This means tracking details will not appear during the international flight or customs clearance.Updates will only show once the package arrives in your country, clears customs, and is scanned by your local delivery partner.Until then, your package is safely in transit and on its way to you.If you still have questions about your package, you could always contact us via email about your package statues. We will check our inside system for details location of your package in real time.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. In Evelyn‘s Surprise, we refund full amount for return orders once it is arrived and handle by the team after 7 days. Any return package should contain all the original items that is shipped out and in original status.
